2. Log your first meal by snapping a photo, scanning a barcode, or searching the food name. Confirm or adjust portions as the AI recognizes items and calculates calories and macros.
3. Check your daily dashboard to track calories, protein, carbs, fats, and key nutrients. Set reminders for meals, water, and logging to stay on track.
4. Plan ahead with AI meal suggestions tailored to your remaining macros. Save favorite meals, import recipes, and create custom foods for faster logging.
5. Review weekly trends and insights, adjust goals as needed, export data, and share progress with a coach or nutritionist for continued improvement.
