AIS Maps: Marine & Lake charts

1. Download the app and open it, then allow location access for accurate positioning. 2. Create a free account or continue as a guest to access basic charts and AIS features. 3. Pan or search the map to your area, enable the AIS layer to view live vessel traffic, and download offline charts for planned regions. 4. Tap to add waypoints, use the route planner to create and save a course, and enable weather and safety overlays before departure. 5. Share or export routes and consider upgrading for advanced features such as higher-frequency AIS updates, tide and current data, and additional chart packs.
