This guide will help you navigate the app and make the most of its features to manage your credit card, build your credit, and save money effortlessly. Getting Started Download and Install: Download the Atlas app from your device’s app store. Sign Up or Log In: If you’re new to Atlas, create an account by providing your personal information and setting up a secure password. If you already have an account, log in using your existing credentials. Apply for the Atlas Card: Follow the prompts to apply for your Atlas credit card. The application process is quick and easy, with instant approval right from the app. Once approved, you can start using your digital card immediately. Managing Your Atlas Card View Card Details: On the home screen, tap on your card to view your available balance, spending limit, and recent transactions. Monitor your spending and stay within your safe spending limit, which is set based on your connected bank accounts. Set Up Auto-Pay: Enable auto-pay to ensure that your bill is automatically paid on time every month. This helps you avoid late fees and build your credit score. You can customize the payment amount, such as paying the full balance or a minimum amount each month. Increase Your Spending Limit: As you use your Atlas card responsibly, you may qualify for higher spending limits. The app will notify you when you’re eligible for an increase. Your limit is based on your financial profile, including the banks you’ve connected and your repayment history. Saving Money with Atlas Explore Rewards and Discounts: Tap on "Savings" to discover deals and discounts at over 50,000 locations. You can save up to 10% at popular places like Starbucks, Nike, DoorDash, and more. The app continuously updates with new offers, so check back regularly to maximize your savings. Automatic Savings: Your Atlas card automatically applies discounts when you make purchases at participating locations. There’s no need to activate offers manually—just use your card and save. Building Your Credit Track Your Credit Score: Tap on "Credit Score" to monitor your progress. Atlas reports your payment activity to the three major credit bureaus—Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Watch your credit score improve as you make timely payments and use your card responsibly. Set Payment Reminders: In addition to auto-pay, you can set custom payment reminders to help you stay on top of your payments and maintain a positive credit history. Security Features Block and Unblock Your Card: If you notice any suspicious activity or simply want to prevent unauthorized transactions, you can block your card instantly from the app. When you’re ready to use your card again, simply unblock it with a tap. Fraud Protection: Atlas offers robust fraud protection, ensuring that you’re covered against unauthorized transactions. If you notice any unusual activity, report it immediately through the app. Account Settings Manage Personal Information: Update your contact details, address, and other personal information under the "Settings" menu. Ensure your details are up to date to avoid any issues with your account or card usage. Choose a Pricing Plan: Atlas offers two pricing options: $8.99 every 4 weeks or $89/year with the annual plan. You can switch between these plans in the "Billing" section of the app. Customer Support Access Support: If you need assistance, tap on "Support" in the app to access FAQs, contact customer service, or submit a help request. You can also chat with a representative directly through the app for quick answers to your questions. Logging Out To log out, tap on your profile icon or the settings menu, and select Log Out.
