HOW TO PLAY :
1. Open the app, choose metric or imperial units, and set your bar weight and available plates.
2. Enter your target total weight (or desired per-side load) and tap Calculate to generate the plate layout.
3. Follow the displayed left/right plate sequence to load the bar correctly, or adjust if a plate is unavailable.
4. Save common configurations, create warm-up or percentage-based sets, and recall them quickly during workouts.
