- Start with a hand of cards and aim to form sets three or more of a kind and runs three or more in sequence of the same suit. - Draw one card from the deck or the top of the discard pile at the start of your turn. - Meld any complete sets or runs from your hand onto the table to strengthen your position. - Lay off single cards onto existing melds to reduce deadwood and improve efficiency. - Discard one card to end your turn while tracking what others draw and discard to read their plans. - Go out by emptying your hand; unmelded cards count against you, and the best total across rounds wins the match.
