For Users: Download the Laundryheap App: Start by downloading the Laundryheap app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can use the Laundryheap website to place an order from your desktop or laptop. Create an Account or Log In: If you’re a new user, sign up by entering your email address, creating a password, and providing your address and payment details. If you already have an account, simply log in to access your order history, saved preferences, and payment methods. Choose Your Service: Once logged in, select the type of laundry service you need: Standard Laundry: For regular clothes washing. Dry Cleaning: For delicate or specialty items like suits, dresses, or coats. Ironing/Folding: For items that need ironing or folding only. Laundryheap offers additional services like stain removal, shoe cleaning, and bedding cleaning. Schedule Pickup and Delivery: Select your pickup time: Choose from available time slots for when the laundry service can come to pick up your items. You can opt for same-day service or schedule a pickup for a future date. Choose your delivery window: After your laundry is cleaned, you can choose a convenient delivery time for when you want your items to be returned. Add Laundry Items: In the app, you can add your laundry items to the order, specifying the number of items, the type of garments (e.g., shirts, pants, delicates), and any special requests (e.g., washing instructions, ironing, or folding). Review Your Order: Once you’ve added your items, review the order summary, including the total cost and pickup and delivery details. You can make any changes before confirming the order. Select Payment Method: Choose your payment method. Laundryheap accepts various payment options such as credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others. You can save your payment details for quicker checkouts in the future. Place Your Order: After reviewing your details and selecting your preferred pickup and delivery times, tap Place Order to confirm your request. You will receive a confirmation for the pickup and delivery schedules. Prepare Your Laundry: On the scheduled pickup day, make sure your laundry is ready and packed in bags. Some services provide bags for your laundry, but you can also use your own bags. Laundry Pickup: The Laundryheap driver will arrive at your location during the scheduled pickup window to collect your laundry. They will confirm your order details and take your items for cleaning. Track Your Laundry: You can track the status of your laundry through the app in real-time. Laundryheap will notify you when your laundry is being processed, and when it’s out for delivery. Receive Your Clean Laundry: Once your laundry is cleaned and ready, it will be delivered back to your home or office at the chosen delivery time. All items will be freshly cleaned, pressed, and packed as per your preferences. Rate Your Service: After receiving your laundry, you can leave a rating or review for the service. This helps Laundryheap improve and provides valuable feedback to help other users. Schedule Regular Laundry: If you find Laundryheap’s services helpful, you can schedule regular pickups, set up weekly or bi-weekly services, and keep your laundry needs managed with ease.
