2. Import files: Add PDFs from your device, scan with the camera, or import from cloud drives like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
3. Edit and organize: Annotate with highlights and comments, fill forms, apply e‑signatures, reorder pages, merge or split files, and compress to reduce size.
4. Convert and OCR: Convert PDFs to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or images, and run OCR to make scanned documents searchable and editable.
5. Secure and share: Add passwords, redact sensitive content, export to your preferred format, and share via link or email. Use batch tools to process multiple files at once.
