Priority Matrix

Download and Install: Visit the Priority Matrix Downloads Page to download the application for your operating system. Install the application following the provided instructions. Create an Account: Open Priority Matrix and sign up using your email address or social media accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile. Create a New Project: Click on the "New Project" button to start a new project. Name your project and choose a template if desired. The project will be displayed as a 2x2 matrix with quadrants labeled by default as: Critical and Immediate Critical but Not Immediate Not Critical but Immediate Uncategorized Add Tasks: Click on a quadrant to add a new task. Enter the task name, set due dates, add notes, and assign it to team members if applicable. Tasks can be dragged and dropped between quadrants to adjust their priority. Collaborate with Team Members: Invite team members to your project by entering their email addresses. Assign tasks to specific team members to clarify responsibilities. Use the comment section within tasks to communicate updates and share files. Track Progress: Monitor task progress by updating statuses and checking off completed items. Utilize the progress tracking features to visualize project advancement over time. Customize Quadrants and Templates: Edit quadrant labels and colors to fit your workflow and preferences. Save customized projects as templates for future use to maintain consistency across similar projects. Integrate with Other Tools: Connect Priority Matrix with tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Workspace to streamline your workflow. Access and manage your tasks directly within these integrated platforms. Utilize Reporting Features: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports to gain insights into team productivity and project status. Use these reports to inform decision-making and adjust priorities as needed. Access Priority Matrix on Multiple Devices: Download the Priority Matrix app on your mobile devices to manage tasks on the go.
