Download and create your profile, set your skill level and training goals. Set up your phone facing the hoop, follow on-screen calibration, and choose a practice mode such as form shooting, free throws, or catch and shoot. Start a session and take shots while the app tracks makes and misses, counts reps, and provides real-time coaching cues. Review your results with shot charts, percentages, and video clips with AI feedback, then save the session. Follow the recommended drills, set weekly targets, and track progress over time or share sessions with your coach or team.
