For Travelers: Download the Travellink App: Begin by downloading the Travellink app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can visit the Travellink website from your desktop or laptop. Create an Account or Log In: If you’re a new user, sign up by entering your email address, creating a password, and providing contact information. If you already have an account, log in using your email and password to access saved bookings, payment details, and travel preferences. Search for Flights: Once logged in, you can begin by searching for flights. Enter your departure city, destination, and dates for the trip. Travellink allows you to filter search results by airlines, flight times, and price range, making it easy to compare different options. You can also book one-way, round-trip, or multi-city flights depending on your travel needs. Search for Hotels: After searching for flights, you can search for hotels in your destination city. Enter your check-in and check-out dates and select the number of guests. The app will show a variety of hotel options, from budget accommodations to luxury stays, including customer ratings and reviews. View Prices and Compare: Browse through the flight and hotel options available. Each listing will include important details such as price, ratings, location, and available amenities. Use the filters to narrow down your choices and find options that suit your budget and preferences. Select Your Flights and Hotels: Once you’ve found the perfect flights and hotel accommodations, select the options that best meet your needs. You can also book vacation packages that combine flights, hotels, and rental cars for added convenience. Customize Your Trip: Travellink also allows you to add extras to your trip, such as car rentals, airport transfers, and travel insurance. You can further customize your trip by adding special requests for your accommodations, such as bed preferences or special amenities. Review Your Selections: After selecting your flights and hotel, go to your cart to review all the details of your booking. Make sure that the flight times, hotel dates, and prices are correct. Double-check for any extra fees, such as baggage fees or taxes. Enter Payment Information: Choose your payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) to complete the booking. Travellink offers secure payment processing, ensuring your details are protected. Confirm and Complete Your Booking: Once all your details are correct, tap Book Now to complete the reservation. Travellink will send you an email confirmation with your flight details, hotel reservation, and payment receipt. Track and Manage Your Trip: The app allows you to track your booking and make changes if needed. You can access your booking information from the Travellink dashboard and update travel details (such as changing your hotel room or adding special requests). For flights, you can check flight status and download boarding passes directly from the app. Enjoy Your Trip: Once your travel plans are set, you’re ready to enjoy your trip!
