Add eligible business accounts and, if you are an admin, configure user access and deposit limits to match your internal controls. 3. Endorse each check as instructed in the app, tap Deposit, select the account, and enter the check amount. 4. Use the camera to capture clear images of the front and back; follow on‑screen guides to pass image quality checks, then submit the deposit. 5. Wait for the confirmation message, retain the paper check per bank policy, and track status or export receipts from Deposit History; enable notifications for cutoff times and approvals if available.
